The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On preventing financial catastrophe and creating preconditions for economic growth in Ukraine”

The Law shall be adopted due to necessity of preventing financial catastrophe and creating preconditions for economic growth in Ukraine, increasing budget revenues and improving separate provisions of the Tax Code of Ukraine, as well as necessity of implementing measures on economic and rational use of state funds, preventing budget losses, ensuring social assistance to citizens based on the country’s financial possibilities.

Respective bill was registered under No. 4576.
